Our Team

Who We Are

The goal of Norcross Interiors is to provide an integrated personal experience across every part of our business. We understand how meaningful it is to our design clients that we listen to their needs and help them realize their dreams. In the showroom, we delight in sharing our personal design view point through a curated offering of art and decor. And however we are interacting with our clients, be it designing a home, shopping in person or online, we want them to know they’re working with real experts, real people, who care.

AMANDA NORCROSS

Amanda Norcross

Originally from Northern Michigan, Amanda moved to Chicago in 1998. She has two children ages 16 and 18 with her husband Stuart Brody. Her passion is skiing of all varieties and she competes in 2 cross-country ski marathons each winter including the infamous American Birkebeiner.

With an undergraduate degree in Art History and a Master of Science in Architectural Preservation from the School of the Art Institute of Chicago, Amanda previously consulted with clients on adaptive reuse plans, sensitive approaches to historic home remodeling, as well as navigating historic preservation tax credits available to those with historically or architecturally significant homes. Attending high school at Cranbrook Kingswood Amanda slept in Saarinen designed beds, went through a rebellious phase of weaving, and studied fine arts. Growing up in Northern Michigan on the shores of Lake Michigan fostered her love of the outdoors and she is passionate about including natural elements into her design projects. Functionality is fundamental to Amanda’s design philosophy and she prizes sculptural lighting for its ability to provide both visual interest and function.
